McDOUGALL RENEE. After a lifetime of illness, borne with courage and faith, Renee (nee Crockett) aged 69, suddenly but peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, 1st July, 2017. Devoted and much loved wife of Jim, loving sister to Erick and Myra, dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and a great friend and inspiration to so many. She was recently rewarded for 50 years of Guide leadership and was very involved with the youth of Barrhead and her church. Renee will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Fell asleep and wakened in heaven. Funeral service at St Andrew's Parish Church, on Tuesday, 18th July at 1.15pm, thereafter to Neilston Cemetery, arriving 2.15pm. All family and friends are respectfully invited to either or both these services. No flowers, please. A retiral collection will be taken for Asthma UK Society.
