Crowds of shoppers gathered at Braehead for the opening of a huge new store.
We previously reported that TK Maxx was coming to the Renfrew centre and the doors officially opened on Thursday morning.
Known for selling big brands at discounted prices up to 60% less than the recommended retail price, TK Maxx has moved into a 17, 254 square-feet unit over two floors.
We also reported that the new store would bring 90 jobs to the area, and details of these can be found on the TK Maxx website.
A spokesperson for TK Maxx said: “We are thrilled to bring TK Maxx to Glasgow, giving local shoppers the chance to shop high-brand fashion, accessories, and more, all at great prices.
"We want to give our valued Glasgow treasure seekers the best shopping experience possible, and we’re confident they will enjoy our new bright and beautiful store!"
