All lanes are now running normally on a busy motorway after a reported car fire this morning.
Emergency services responded to the breakdown, which took place on the M8 close to Glasgow Airport at around 7.50am.
It is not currently known if anyone was injured.

Lanes one and two of the eastbound carriageway were closed at Junction 28 and Traffic Scotland said queues were forming back to Junction 29.
A police spokeswoman said officers were called to the scene were called at 7.55am and were in attendance with the fire service, who closed two lanes of traffic.
A live feed of the scene on Traffic Scotland's website has been disconnected following the incident.
