Erskine Hospital will take home the biggest chunk of a £344,922 grant shared among seven community groups in Renfrewshire North and West.
Distributed by the National Lottery Community Fund, the hospital will receive £192,833.
The money will be directed towards the provision of services for veterans at the Erskine Reid Macewen Activities Centre in Bishopton.
Among the other beneficiaries is Friends of Robertson House, with a £9,000 grant to fund activities and classes in the sheltered housing complex for older people with additional care needs in Erskine.
Renfrew Association of Growers and Gardeners will receive two separate grants.
The first, £8,759, will be used for the establishment of a men's weekly mental health group in Broadloan Community Gardens.
The second grant, totalling £114,970, will be directed towards the development of their community garden activities, with funding going towards retaining a seasonal gardener and hiring a new gardens coordinator over the next two years, while a portion of the funding will go towards improving the facilities.
Renfrew Care Home Activities Group received a £9,960 grant, aimed at combating loneliness and isolation with a programme of activity for residents, their friends and family, and including school children.
The Renfrew Over 50’s Swimming Club received £3,800 to take their members to social dances and on bus trips, and the Welcoming Renfrewshire Families Group received £5,600 to improve the integration of new families.
Natalie Don, MSP for Renfrewshire North and West, said: "I am delighted that so many community groups in Renfrewshire have been successful in securing National Lottery funding.
"Each of the groups provides a wide range of invaluable support and services to communities within the constituency and I look forward to keeping up with the projects that these grants will fund."
